A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking, you authorize us to charge the card on file according to our cancellation and no-show policies.
Appointment times include consultation, hands-on time, and room changeover.
We reserve the right to refuse service in situations involving safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or contraindications to treatment.

When an appointment is reserved for you, that time is held intentionally. If you cancel or reschedule without enough notice, we are unable to offer that time to another guest.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice result in a fee equal to 50 percent of the service total.
No-shows are charged 100 percent of the service total.
Fees are automatically charged to the card on file.
We understand that illness or emergencies may arise. If you are sick or experiencing a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. We always approach these situations with care and understanding.

Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are ever unsatisfied, please let us know within 24 hours. We will always do our best to support you and offer a solution within our scope.
Products
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days for store credit only. Opened or used products cannot be returned.Gift Cards
All gift cards and digital gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable. They may be transferred to another person.Events and Workshops
Event tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest if you are unable to attend. -
To ensure a safe experience, clients are required to disclose relevant health information. Treatments may be adapted or declined if contraindications are present.
If you arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or are displaying inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to refuse treatment.

Results can vary based on individual factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for skin, massage, or wellness services.

Gift cards never expire unless required by law. They cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
Prepaid packages or bundles must be used within the timeframes noted at the time of purchase.
