Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in, breathe, and ease into your ritual. Your service begins at the scheduled time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee so our therapists can honor their time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, digital wallets, and gift cards.

Do you take walk-ins?

We work by appointment only so each experience receives full attention and preparation.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Digital and physical gift cards are available online or in-person.

What if I'm running late?

Please call or text us. We will do our best to accommodate, but your session may be shortened so we can honor the guests scheduled after you.

What are your hours of operation?

We’re open Wednesday–Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM, by appointment.
